Child Health Plus

So, what is Child Health Plus?

Child Health Plus is a free to little-to-no cost run by administered by the New York State Department of Health. This initiative allows children 19 and under to have access to free healthcare based on eligibility requirements. Additionally, Child Health Plus is an ensured safe program. This program is granted to all families including ones with undocumented status'.
