According to nyc.gov, "Every New Yorker, regardless of their immigration status or ability to pay, has the right to quality health care. This includes emergency care at any hospital in NYC". This means that nobody has the right to deny you healthcare based off of your immigration status. Additionally, if you can not pay for it, you can find low to no-cost healthcare options at places such as NycCare.
